primarily engaged in the business of providing marine services as principal or agent to owners, operators and managers or to any person or entity engaged in international marine and maritime business.

C.S.C. MANILA INC. has been providing the ship requirements of several ship owners and principals flying various flags. The Company has developed a flexible organization, which allows resources to be economically utilized to maintain each owner’s crewing requirements at optimum level but within strict budgetary control, an indicative of its full commitment to the shipping industry.
